Groups and Ticket Discounts—Groups of 8 or more receive a $7 discount off of the general ticket price ($23). Reservations with accompanying deposit must be made in advance by calling (520) 882-0555 or e-mailing boxoffice@beowulfalley.org. A non-refundable 25% deposit is due when booking the group. Payment in full is required two weeks prior to the performance date. All sales are final upon the final payment. Ticket discounts other than group reservations are available only on-line at www.beowulfalley.org. Discount offers may not be combined. From time to time, we offer special discount pricing to those who have subscribed to our e-mail list at www.beowulfalley.org or to the tucsonstage.com web site. Remember to sign up!
Businesses and organizations who support or underwrite our theatre and productions may receive a special discount code for purchasing tickets. Please contact our box office at (520) 882-0555 or boxoffice@beowulfalley.org for further information. If you have an organization or employer that you would like to participate in our program, please ask them to contact us or let us know and we will contact them.
POLICIES
Free Tickets with Subscription Offer
FREE TICKET OFFER associated with subscription purchase expires on April 23, 2011 at midnight. FREE tickets and 2011-2012 subscriptions are valid through May 31, 2012. Special offers must be purchased by one individual. Subscriptions may be transferred to another party. The original subscriber must notify the box office.
Seating Policy
Reservations for chosen dates must be made at least two weeks in advance of opening of the production. Seating is on a first come, first served basis. Front row seating is always made available for patrons with disabilities first and foremost with advance notice. Subscribers and Flex Pass holders may request preferred, not guaranteed, seating. There is no late seating. Please plan to arrive at least 10 minutes before curtain. Beowulf Alley Theatre Company reserves the right to resell tickets that have not been retrieved at least ten (10) minutes prior to curtain. Late arrivals may be rescheduled to a later date, pending availability. Late exchange charges may apply. All sales are final.
Will Call and Box Office Hours
All tickets are held at Will Call for pickup the night of the performance. We do not mail tickets. On nonperformance days, our Box Office hours are dependent on volunteer availability, usually Tuesday through Friday from noon until 4 p.m. If you wish to speak to someone, call (520) 882-0555. If voicemail picks up (after about 5 rings), please leave a message including your name, phone number and an appropriate time to return your call. We make every effort to check messages at least twice each day and more frequently than that on the weekdays. On performance days, our Box Office staff is available by phone two hours before curtain. The lobby doors open 45 minutes prior to curtain.
Exchanges and Refunds
Subscription, Flex Pass and Single tickets may be exchanged for another performance date, within the same production only, by calling the box office at 520-882-0555 at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled performance. There is no charge for Subscribers' or Flex Pass ticket exchanges if the scheduled performance date has not passed. You may exchange after your scheduled performance has passed by paying a $5 late exchange fee per ticket. Exchanges are subject to availability. If the exchange date you select has a single ticket price that is more expensive than the one you purchased, upgrade charges will apply to equal the single ticket price for the new performance date.sales are final on tickets, passes or subscriptions.
Ticket Policies
FREE tickets must be reserved at least 48 hours in advance. 5-Play subscribers are entitled to one ticket per play. Purchased or free tickets expire at the end of the current production.

All scheduled and announced shows, directors and dates are subject to change or replacement.
