Seating Policy
Front row seating is always made available for patrons with disabilities. Please advise the box office in advance of your arrival.
Patrons will only be seated late if the play has a pause for a scene change. The decision to late seat is at the discretion of the Front of House Manager, ensuring no disruption to the seated patrons, technicians and actors. Please plan to arrive at least 10 minutes before curtain.
Beowulf Alley Theatre Company reserves the right to resell tickets that have not been retrieved at the time of curtain. Late arrivals may be rescheduled to a later date, pending availability. Late exchange charges may apply. There are no refunds.
Will Call
All tickets are held at Will Call for pickup the night of the performance. We do not mail tickets.
Box Office Hours
On nonperformance days, our Box Office staffing hours are dependent on volunteer availability on most days. If you wish to speak to a person, please leave a message including your name, phone number and an appropriate time to return your call. We make every effort to check messages at least twice each day and more frequently than that on the weekdays.
On performance days, our Box Office staff is available by phone two hours before curtain. The lobby doors open 45 minutes prior to curtain.
Exchanges
Subscription, Flex Pass and Single tickets may be exchanged for another performance date, within the same production only, by calling the box office at 520-882-0555 at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled performance.
There is no charge for Subscription or Flex Pass ticket exchanges if the scheduled performance date has not passed. You may exchange after your scheduled performance has passed by paying a $5 late exchange fee per ticket. Exchanges are subject to ticket availability.
Single tickets may be exchanged for another performance date, within the same production only, by calling the box office at 520-882-0555 at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled performance. If the exchange date you select has a single ticket price that is more expensive than the one you purchased and/or the exchange is made after your scheduled performance date, upgrade charges will apply to equal the single ticket price for the new performance date. You may exchange after your scheduled performance has passed by paying a $5 late exchange fee per ticket. Exchanges are subject to ticket availability.
Refunds
There are no refunds on tickets, passes or subscriptions.
Groups
Groups of 8 or more receive a $4 discount off of the Regular ticket price (currently $20). Reservations must be made in advance by calling 520-882-0555 or emailing boxoffice@beowulfalley.org. A non-refundable 25% deposit is due when booking of the group. Payment in full is required two weeks prior to the performance date. There are no refunds or exchanges.
Gift Certificates
Beowulf Alley Theatre gift certificates are ideal gifts for families, business associates and friends. Certificates may be purchased in $20 increments. This allows the recipient to exchange the certificate for two preview performance tickets or one regular performance ticket. Certificates are good for one year after purchase. Certificates cannot be redeemed for cash and cannot be replaced if lost or stolen.
Ticket Discounts
Ticket discounts are only available on-line at www.beowulfalley.org. If you are eligible for more than one discount, only one may per purchase.
From time to time, we offer special discount pricing to those who have subscribed to our e-mail list or to the tucsonstage.com web site. Remember to sign up!
Businesses and organizations who support or underwrite our theatre and productions may receive a special discount code for purchasing tickets. Please contact our box office at 520-882-0555 or boxoffice@beowulfalley.org for further information. If you have an organization or employer that you would like to participate in our program, please ask them to contact us or let us know and we will contact them.
