"Beowulf Alley Theatre Company runs an excellent play" *
by Jesse Greenberg
"From September 26 - Oct. 12, Beowulf Alley Theatre Company runs an excellent play that offers delicious tension and is a thrilling exercise in rooting for the underdog. A drug-filled doll somehow enters the life of Susy Hendrix, who is blind and has no connection to drugs. Three dangerous men who trade in the junk want the doll and create a scheeme to get it. But Susy has a few tricks up her own sleeve. Wait Until Dark, by Frederick Knott, is as urgent and effective as it was in 1966, when it opened on Broadway. It later became a successful film, with Alan Arkin and Audrey Hepburn. Dave Sewell directs. A fine play and a strong director."
